Death of mahatma gandhi

The beginning of 30 January 1948 was like a normal day for Gandhi, but he did not know that it could also be the last day of his life. January 30, 1948 was Friday.

Mahatmagandhi's day started with waking up at 3.30 am like every day in Delhi's Birla House. He then prayed in the morning after doing daily activities, which he used to do everyday.

However, on this day her granddaughter Aura did not wake up and she was sleeping. After that Manuben went to the kitchen and arranged for his breakfast, which had hot water-honey-lemon. He is said to have shared his displeasure with Abhay over Manuben.

He wanted that arrangements for the Sevagram tour to be held on February 2, two days later. This day was a little different from the other day and Gandhi did not take much interest in other paperwork like that day.

At that time, the situation in Delhi was not normal due to the partition and Gandhi was a bit upset. Many people used to meet Gandhi every day and the same happened on 30 January. Among those who met him on this day was RK Nehru.

During that time he met many people and said about the partition, 'If people had listened to me, this would not have happened. People don't believe what I said.

There was also security at his house these days, because before this there was a bomb blast in the prayer meeting of 20 January. But Gandhiji did not realize this. This broke a wall.

On January 30, Gandhiji also met Sardar Patel at about four o'clock. Actually, after the meeting of Sardar Patel, he was to attend the prayer meeting at five o'clock.

But the conversation between Gandhiji and Patel continued even after five o'clock. After finishing the conversation at 5.10 pm, he went to the prayer meeting, which started 15 minutes late.

However, when Gandhiji was going up to his seat on the prayer meeting, people on both sides were greeting him. At the same time, Nathuram Godse kept a revolver in his pocket, first greeted Gandhi and then opened fire on him. After which he died.
